Description
The Lloyd G. Balfour Fellowship is available to graduate students who are members of NIC, NPC, NPHC or PFA fraternities. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.2, be involved in campus and community activities and demonstrate leadership within your fraternity/sorority to qualify for this award.
